Amway Grand Plaza Hotel

Concept Design Group retained Wing Construction Services to consult on the renovation of the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel, the only four-star hotel in West Michigan. WCS developed schematic and design development budgets and provided insight into construction sequencing and material selection. When the project was bid out to several general contractors, the final construction budget was 3% under numbers provided by WCS.
