Theta Chi Fraternity, Michigan State University

Wing Construction Services managed the recent renovation of the chapter’s house in East Lansing, Michigan. The work was completed under the approval of the City of East Lansing Historical Preservation Committee. The scope of work included window and door replacements, exterior painting, new roof, new carpeting, refinished wood floors and minor plumbing and electrical improvements.
